01Our focus
SmartTec is developing its first campus at 8460 US Highway 70, Mead, OK 73449. Buildings A and C provide 5,035 sq ft of gross building area for data-center development. Building B supports batteries, utilities and storage. The initial proposal is 64 B300 GPUs in 8 Supermicro systems. The new campus study illustrates direct liquid cooling in A and C, with final equipment selection and measured fit-out subject to design.
Each planned service starts with workload, power, cooling, connectivity and tenancy requirements, followed by an agreed installation and service plan. The launch uses grid power, with solar and BESS as a separate later investment. The fleet is proposed; customer availability follows procurement, fit-out and commissioning.
Published model 14 September management target · v6.1.1 cost basis retains an air-cooled, one-building financial baseline. The approved campus experience illustrates a proposed direct-liquid design across Buildings A and C; it requires updated equipment quotes, engineering and repricing before it is included financially.
